We are pleased to offer you our guideline for the “All Inclusive Package” during your stay at Sanur Beach Hotel.
Meals
1. Breakfast
- Daily buffet breakfast at Tirta Restaurant from 06:30 – 10:30hrs, all food to be consumed within Tirta Restaurant.
2. Lunch
- Daily lunch from 11:00 – 15:00 hrs with buffet at Tirta Restaurant or at others outlets such as Basilico or Peppers Restaurant; if buffet is not available, guests may choose from the a la carte menu.
- All items in the menu are included as All Inclusive benefit except items marked with green dot (●) are not included in the all inclusive package.
- All food & beverage service are available at all F&B outlets includes the pool side and Beach area except Room Service and Mini Bar.
- Orders of food or beverage are based on individual order, joint or group orders are not allowed. i.e. All ordering of food or beverage by the individual them self
3. Dinner
- Daily dinner from 19:00 – 23:00hrs with buffet at Basilico, Peppers or Tirta Restaurant; if buffet is not available, guests may choose from the a la carte menu, (with last order at 22:30).
- All items in the menu are included as All Inclusive benefit except items marked with green dot (●) are not included in the all inclusive package.
- All food & beverage service are available at all F&B outlets except Room Service and Mini Bar.
- Orders of food or beverage are based on individual order, joint or group orders are not allowed. i.e. All ordering of food or beverage must be made by the individual them self.

- Orders of above beverage are based on individual order, joint or group orders are not allowed. i.e. All ordering of beverage must be made by the individual them self.
OTHERS
Room service, minibar, payable upon check out Or directly upon order. Ice cream is available in all restaurants, as an all inclusive package benefit.
ALL INCLUSIVE TERMS
Restaurant & Bars Available:
- Tirta Poolside Restaurant : Open from 06:30 – 23:00hrs serving buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch & dinner with European, Indonesian and oriental specialties.
- Tirta Pool Bar : swim up to the bar for great tropical thirst quenchers during the day with cocktails and drinks. Open daily 10:00 – 23:00hrs.
- Basilico Italian Pavilion Restaurant & Bar : Open from 11:00-23:00 hrs serving pasta, pizza and other Italian cuisine. Located alongside the beach.
- Bamboo Beach Bar : Open-air beach bar with swinging chairs. Open daily 10:00-23:00hrs. Located by the beach.
- Peppers Latino Grill & Bar: Specializing in Latin American food. Open for dinner from 18:30-23:00hrs.
Located on the ground floor. - Peppers Latino Bar : A cozy lounge serving light snacks and drinks. Live music entertainment from 20:00-23:00hrs. Open daily 11:00-01:00hrs, located next to the lobby on the ground floor.
- Bima Stage for cultural shows & theme dinners.
- All inclusive package guests are requested to sign the bill and fill in guest name & room number for any order of food or beverage. (A special non chargeable bill will be made for all-inclusive guest)
- All inclusive package guest, must wear their bracelet when ordering food or beverages. Lost bracelet must be reported to the Front Desk and be replaced with a new one. If the guest insists to be served without a bracelet, it will be on personal account.
- All inclusive package guests are entitled to get all inclusive package benefits up to 14:00 on their departure date.
- Any consumptions of food & beverage between 23:00 – 11:00hrs at any restaurant & bar, will be charged to personal account.
